Ethan Plumb values building high trust relationships rooted in mutual respect and meeting clients where they are at.

These values have been at the forefront of his experience with a variety of transactions including residential, multi-family and land transactions in diverse markets throughout both states. Ethan is reliable, communicative, and committed to serving clients at the highest level. He became a dual licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington in 2021.

Ethan is currently based in the central Willamette Valley and has closed transactions as far south as Bandon, Oregon and as far north as Bainbridge Island, Washington. He is committed to operating in any market throughout both states to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. He works closely with buyers and sellers during the sales process to create a step-by-step experience to ensure a smooth and accurate close.

Education is at the heart of Ethan’s approach to working with clients, allowing them to make the most informed decisions regarding their real estate investments. He excels at navigating and understanding market data and fluctuating real estate prices to create a clear path toward maximizing clients’ understanding of how their investment will best suit their needs.

Ethan was raised in Rapid City, South Dakota and moved to Oregon in 2016. His passion for people and service began 13 years ago when he started working as a bartender. Throughout his career behind the bar, he learned to multitask in a fast-paced environment, exercise creativity through developing high-end craft cocktail recipes, and provide unique customer experiences in a variety of environments.

In his free time, Ethan is a competitive disc golfer and practicing yogi. On his rest days, he enriches his life by playing chess, caring for his many plants, reading a good book, and being of service in his community.
