Kadoh Swiatkowski is a licensed broker in Oregon and Southern Washington, specializing in assisting first-time investors, sellers, and land developers. Her passion for real estate began five years ago with the purchase of her first investment property-a live-and-flip. Kadoh holds dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a master’s degree in Global Finance, Trade, and Economic Development from the University of Denver. Originally from Minnesota, she now enjoys exploring the Oregon Coast and volunteering to teach financial literacy to women in her community.
