I’m Valerie King, a licensed real estate broker, and I look forward to helping you buy or sell a home!

After graduating high school a year early, I started work as a licensed CNA in Oregon. My goal was to become a nurse, following in my mom and grandmother’s footsteps. I have always had a passion for real estate, though, and have been around it as long as I can remember. My dad, Andy King, is a Principal Broker at SMI Real Estate, LLC. After shadowing him and working with him as an assistant, I decided to turn my passion into my career.

I am excited to be a part of such an amazing group of Brokers and look forward to working with my clients in helping them through the real estate process. I have studied five years of sign language and I am on track to get certified.
