The property, built in 1990, is comprised of 77 full hook-up RV sites (76 permitted) and a 1,300 square foot apartment above the office that is not currently generating revenue. All RV sites are serviced with 30 & 50 amp electric and well water.

The septic system was recently overhauled and upgraded with state of the art equipment. Amenities on site include a clubhouse, updated bathrooms/showers, laundry, upgraded WiFi (mesh) network, saline swimming pool, and expansive lawn adjacent to the Columbia River for recreation.

Currently the park operates 25 sites year-round on a monthly average of $850 per month. During peak off-peak, winter months that number increases to approximately 55-60 monthly sites ranging from $850-$1,500 per month.

In addition, there is approximately 1.15 acres to the south of the existing park that has the potential to add 10-12 more RV sites. Currently there are 2 permitted (owner’s units) for personal use.
