With a passion for real estate investing and business development, I work with investors to acquire and grow multifamily property portfolios. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker with SMI Real Estate, I specialize in helping clients purchase their first—or next—multifamily investment, with a focus on small plex (1–4 unit) and multiplex opportunities that support long-term portfolio growth.
I partner with both first-time investors entering the market and experienced investors looking to expand their holdings. My goal is to help clients identify strong opportunities, evaluate deals thoughtfully, and build a strategy that supports sustainable portfolio growth over time. Small multifamily properties often provide one of the most accessible and powerful entry points into real estate investing, and I enjoy helping clients navigate that process with clarity and confidence.
In addition to my work in real estate, I bring years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience to every partnership. I have served as President of Nevin Sports Medicine, a company focused on high-quality sports bracing solutions used by athletes and medical professionals. This experience has strengthened my background in business management, strategic growth, and building long-term relationship – skills that translate directly into my work with real estate investors.
Earlier in my career, I also led a small development project in downtown Silverton, Oregon, where I partnered on the development of four townhomes through 412 East Main, LLC. Experiences like this helped deepen my understanding of the development process and the opportunities real estate can create.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife of over 23 years and our two daughters. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me boating, snow skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or traveling.
I’m always open to connecting with investors who are exploring new opportunities or looking to grow their real estate portfolios.
