Geoffrey Tiffany

Geoff’s extensive experience in real estate spans buying and flipping properties, including historic homes, duplexes, and investing in vacation homes. He also assists clients in selling various properties, including vineyards, multiunit housing, and luxury real estate.

Geoff is particularly passionate about helping first-time home buyers and first-time “second” home buyers. His background as a high school teacher enables him to educate clients on real estate, guiding them to consider property investments as a way to build lasting family wealth. Geoff ensures his clients are well-informed and confident in their real estate decisions.

Geoff graduated from Linfield College in 1992 with a degree in History and earned a high school teaching certificate from Warner Pacific College in 2001. This educational foundation shapes his approach to client education and community involvement.

As a dedicated volunteer, Geoff has significantly contributed to the Mid-Valley community. From 2008 to 2018, he was the CEO and President of Mid-Valley Aquatics, a non-profit focused on keeping Olinger Pool open and teaching children to swim. His commitment continued with the United Way Senior Housing task force from 2020 to 2023, contributing to the completion of phase one of the Cottages United project in April 2024, providing homes for low-income seniors.

Geoff’s volunteer efforts extend to the arts and local media. In 2023, he served on the Willamette Master Chorus Board and has been the Treasurer of the KMUZ Community Radio Board since 2022. He supports community events through Tiffany Homes sponsorships and volunteer work at events like the Awesome 3000, Juneteenth, Make Music Day, and the Salem Art Fair.

Geoff and his wife, Natasha Tiffany, lived in Salem since 2004 and recently moved to Bend, Oregon, where Natasha is the Head of Medical Oncology at St. Charles Hospital. Geoff continues his real estate practice, serving clients in Central Oregon and the Mid-Willamette Valley. His deep commitment to the community and professional expertise make him a trusted partner dedicated to helping clients achieve their property goals.
