Glen E. Kent began his adventures into business ownership after serving more than four years in the U.S. Navy and attending college. A veteran at the age of 24, he started and ran his own construction company, successfully operating it for more than a decade. During this time, Glen gained invaluable knowledge and expertise around proper building construction.
Glen followed his years in construction ownership with the creation and operation of Cascade West Trees. At its height it averaged $4.5 million in yearly sales and employed more than 60 people. With plans to retire, Glen sold this business in 2005. However, he soon realized he couldn’t ignore his passion for the sales industry.
Glen worked in outside sales for Home Depot where he used his years of construction knowledge to assist home and business owners with their projects. During his time, Glen held the position of top West Coast Salesman for various years.
Over the years Glen has gained a true passion for Real Estate. As an owner of multi-family properties and future land development projects, he understands the needs of his clients. Glen Kent has lived in the Willamette Valley for much of his life, and most recently moved to his dream location—a home on the Santiam River. Married to the love of his life for nearly 30 years, Glen has four children and six grandchildren. When not working or spending time with family, he enjoys time in the outdoors – fishing and hunting.
