During my time with Coldwell Banker Commercial Mountain West Real Estate, LLC, I transitioned from a Broker Assistant into an Office Manager roll with a team of 3 other individuals. Our tasks grew from assisting one Broker to assisting the entire office of commercial Brokers, in addition to overseeing additional staff members. This management team created company wide processes to assist Brokers with new listing processing, marketing and transaction management.

Prior to my real estate experience, I worked in retail banking from the Willamette Valley area up into the Portland market.  Beginning as a teller and working through a company management training program to becoming an Assistant Branch Manager of several large retail banking branches in the Metro area. From management I transitioned into a regional training position. Alongside one other trainer, we were responsible for all training for 20+ branches. Over the course of several years, we trained numerous new tellers, account representatives and assistant managers.

I am proud to be a native Oregonian, born and raised in the beautiful Willamette Valley and currently residing in Keizer.
